We are proud to announce that we have extend the functionality of our web hosting services. That is, we now offer a private SSL certificate from GeoTrust for our clients. Since you need a static IP to receive a SSL certificate we also offer a Dedicated IP to our clients.
A SSL or Secured Socket Layer is the internet leading encryption method to secure a connection between the website user and the web hosting server. However, the receiving browser will not accept data from an secured site if the certificate isn’t from a reliable source like GeoTrust. Furthermore, because we offer shared web hosting (multiple websites are run by one server) all the web hosting accounts are on a shared IP and thereby any SSL certificate will not be accepted for only one of those accounts. Therefore, it is needed to have a Dedicated IP to that account in order for the SSL certificate to only count for that account.
With those two new product add-ons we ensure that our customers can have a secure solution for their e-commerce applications on our web-hosting services.

We are proud to announce that we have developed a new design for the great on-line gaming clan Pro Gaming Leaugue. This design is made on phpBB forum program. We heavily make use of css coding and a relatively small size of image set and, thereby, this forum will load relatively fast and, thereby, can handle lots of users. We decided that the main content, where users post there messages, should have a light background and a dark colour for the text because most people seem to find it more intuitive or better to read. However to make it a little playful we added dark blue elements in the background, buttons, etcetera.
Furthermore, we added some great modifications to this web site. Like a blog add-on where every registered user has a own static url to post new blog entries. And a powerful light-weight content management system with a “What You See Is What You Get” editor in the administrator interface. And much more to suit the needs of the PGL members, administrators and moderators.
Overall we developed a forum for PGL that is suitable for large numbers of users, can attract people from multiple games and has a great variety of functions to make the gaming experience much more then just the game itself.

We decided to update our website to a more creative one. That is, we wanted a dark site with some nice art-work. Here we use a java-script menu, rollover and tables. Why do we use blue? Because Idesthost is blue.
